Art Empires 0.28.0: Turn a gallery raid round, and a Storehouse that keeps raiders out

Art Empires 0.28.0 is live. A deck on its way to the Overgrown Galleries can be called home, a player raid now leaves a city its safe amount, and the advisor tells you when a new building level has room for more workers.

Added

• While a deck is loading or sailing to the Overgrown Galleries, Return turns it round. It is home in as long as it has been out, nothing is fought and no card is worn.
• The General's battle history now shows the platinum each gallery win paid.
• Your advisor now tells you when a new Coffee Shop or Research Institute level has room for more workers in that city.

Changed

• The Coffee Shop page now ends with every city's stores, since its coffee is shared by the whole empire.
• Answering a battle offer in one browser tab now closes the same offer in your other tabs.

Fixed

• A raid on your city now takes only what is above your Storehouse's safe amount. Before, a raider could take everything the fleet could carry.
