Art Empires 0.28.2: Faster empire pages, and advisor tips that stay hidden

Art Empires 0.28.2 is live. My empire and the building and supply pages load faster, Not now hides an art style research tip, and a free Signature no longer shows a cost.

Fixed

• Not now on an advisor tip to research an art style or one of its ranks now hides the tip.
• A deck master's Signature that costs no mana no longer shows a cost before its action.
• Opening Submit art when your gallery is already read no longer sends you through DeviantArt sign-in first.
