Art Empires 0.29.0: Queue your builds, and a page for platinum

Art Empires 0.29.0 is live. Every city can queue a build ahead in the new City Planner, your balance opens a Platinum page, and a wanted list asks artists for the gallery cards nobody has submitted yet.

Added

• The City Planner queues one build ahead in every city, free. It starts on its own, in order, as soon as a crew is free and the city can pay, and it is paid for when it starts. Your plan is under the buildings on the city page and at the bottom of each card on My empire, where each row moves up, down, out, or by dragging its handle.
• Your platinum balance in the menu bar opens a Platinum page: what is running with its countdown, what is yours for good, what is for sale, and how to earn more.
• The planner pass adds one more planned build in every city, for 200 platinum and 30 days, bought or extended from that page.
• A wanted list names every Overgrown Galleries card the pool does not hold yet, grouped by the level waiting on it, with a button that opens Submit art with the whole card already filled in. A gallery level that is coming soon links to it.
• Alphabetize sorts a city's buildings by name while you are rearranging them.

Changed

• A city can build four Storehouses instead of two, and each keeps a quarter of its capacity safe from raiders instead of a half. The first 300 of each resource is always safe, so a new city's founding wood is never at risk.
• A price reads 200 platinum after a platinum coin, with no dollar value beside it.
• Pages load faster: the island, each city, the Town Hall, the Capitol Building, the Statehouse, the Arena, the Curator's Office and the changelog.

Fixed

• A Diplomat message that wraps under the portrait no longer sits tight against it.
